¿What is a good task and what the task is related to teacher quality?



The task can be a boring action while other people can be a work of joy and fun. This perception depends on how the teacher's approach or assign this activity.

A good task is putting into practice the knowledge and skills developed in the classroom or else this is what reinforces classroom work.

The task depends on the teacher, and the area of the theme to work, but the teacher must be very skilled when assigning a task so that this can become enjoyable activities with rather routine and boring.

The process does not end there in place the task. It should also make the process of revision and correction. Such attitudes encourage continuity in this process and reinforcing values ​​such as responsibility, order, fulfillment and more.


This is my character.
His name is Oldyugly. He is 36 years old. He was born in France and he lives in one city to another.
He is quite curious. He's short, he has little hair. Your skin is brunette. His eyes are big and brown. He has a special feature is that his body is like a baby.
He is cheerful, playful and talkative. He is happy because he has been spoiled for 36 years because of his particularities.
Oldyugly is very intelligent and talkative.

Chronic "Teaching to the test"



Students are evaluating the work of teachers and this we can easily check on the experiential. 

On one occasion, when the teacher assigned work to a group of students this situation occurred. The activity was to build an album. The album has the name of the animal, drawing and a small description. However,  a student made three pages, he left others blank pages and at the end he did the last pages of work. His intention was to see if the teacher checked one by one the animals and the pages or if instead only the initial and final part. The young realized he could not do this in future opportunities. The teacher carefully checked one by one and corroborated writing. Finally, the student had a negative assessment in this work because the failed to meet neither the activity nor the revealed knowledge acquisition.
 
This is a small sample of how a student evaluation or value the work of teachers.
Correction Colombia Vs Finland education system



Making a comparison between the educational model of Colombia and Finland, there are some very noticeable differences which show the reasons for the difference in results of international standardized tests. In Colombia are things like:

Firstly, the children go to school from 3 to 4 years with preschool grades while that in Finnish children start school until they are 7.

The groups Colombian, indifferent to the area, are between 30 and 40 children per grade. But Science classes are capped at 16 students in Finland.

Teachers spend 6 hours in the classroom and the weekend or in the night they have professional development while Finnish teacher only spend 4 hours a day in the classroom, and take 2 hours a week for “professional development.

These are some differences between these two educational models.

Colombia vs Finland education system

Making a comparison between the educational model of Colombia and Finland are some very noticeable differences which shows the reasons for the difference in results of international standardized tests. In Colombia are things like:

To initiate, the children go to school from 3 or 4 years with grades preschool.

The groups, indifferent to the area, are between 30 and 40 children per grade.

Teachers spend 6 hours in the classroom and the weekend or in the night have professional development.

UNA GRAN LABOR

Hoy, con unos cuantos años después de haberme graduado como licenciada, y tratando de ver cómo fue la elección de esta profesión recuerdo que no fue realmente por gusto hacia la labor, o así lo percibí en ese momento. Al terminar mi bachillerato tuve que seleccionar que iba a estudiar pero las opciones no eran muchas. Hice mi inscripción para enfermería en la Universidad Industrial de Santander y como no salió grupo, hasta ahí llegó el impulso. Luego me ofrecieron la licenciatura en la Universidad Libre de Colombia. Como no había más y la idea era continuar estudiando tomé la decisión e ingresé.

Fue así como se dio inicio a lo que hoy es mi labor de la cual me siento orgullosa y hago con todo el entusiasmo. Las prácticas en la Universidad ayudaron a que poco a poco esa vocación y cariño a mi carrera fuera creciendo.

Sin embargo recuerdo que en mi infancia uno de mis juegos favoritos era “la profesora” y además recuerdo con mucho cariño y admiración a dos de mis maestras quienes fueron muy importantes en dos épocas de mi vida.

Poco a poco y al pasar los años he afirmado el gusto, vocación y amor que tengo por ella, sé de lo importantes que somos para muchas personas pero sobre todo para este país y especialmente para el futuro ya que somos quienes debemos generar el cambio y tener una mente amplia para aceptar y poder ser tolerantes con la gran variedad de niños, jóvenes y maestros que tenemos y tendremos de aquí en adelante.
